On the afternoon of March 9th, Dean Dai Bin and Vice Dean Zhang Dong listened to the report on the work plan and ideas of our administrative department for 2015 in Conference Room 1016. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Dong, and all colleagues from the office, research department, and promotion department gathered around the "three comprehensive adaptations and one accurate finding" proposed by Dean Dai Bin at the beginning of the year, combined with the work experience and existing shortcomings in 2014, and summarized the key work ideas for 2015 on how to better serve the theme of "Platform Construction Year". Dai Bin emphasized that administrative departments should strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive qualities and professional abilities. To have a profound understanding and recognition of the work one is engaged in, enhance sensitivity to academic hotspots, actively integrate into scientific research business, and strive to become an expert in this professional field. Proactively maintain the stability and unity of the research institute, serve as the adhesive for organizational culture construction, and actively complete various work tasks. Zhang Dong pointed out that in 2014, the administrative team improved in personal qualities, administrative abilities, work initiative, and standardized management. In 2015, we will promote administrative work with the main line of team professionalization construction. Three specific requirements are proposed: firstly, emphasis should be placed on execution. Departments and individuals are required to have a firm attitude towards receiving tasks, try their best to complete them, proactively propose work suggestions, provide timely feedback on progress and difficulties, and continuously improve their execution ability. The second is perseverance. Each department should establish electronic records and work manuals for internal continuity work, streamline routine work processes, replace training with work, and find work motivation from a sense of honor. The third is winning through innovation. Development is adding, innovation is subtracting, solving the problem of manpower shortage. To find a path in innovation, improve efficiency and output in innovation, seek breakthroughs in work shortcomings, and create work highlights.
