Dai Bin leads the team to listen to reports on the key work ideas of various research departments in 2015

From March 3rd to 5th, Dean Dai Bin and Vice Dean Zhang Dong visited four research institutes and laboratories of our institute to listen to the key work plans of each research department in 2015, discuss disciplinary construction ideas, and provide guidance on the academic directions of researchers one by one. Comrades in charge of the office, research department, and promotion department attended the meeting and put forward relevant suggestions and plans based on their respective job responsibilities. Dai Bin pointed out that the theme of our institute's work this year is platform construction. Each research department should focus on the three comprehensive adaptations proposed at the work deployment meeting at the beginning of the year, namely: fully adapting to the new requirements of the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry, fully adapting to the new requirements of the construction of a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics, fully adapting to the "515 Strategy" involving the construction of a new type of tourism think tank, strengthening the new requirements of tourism basic theoretical research, identifying the characteristics and foundation of the research institute, and taking the construction of platforms such as the 18X achievement system, China Tourism Review, laboratory, library and literature information center, postdoctoral research workstation, high-level talent training, and academic promotion as the center, strengthening the research of tourism basic theory, forming the core competitiveness of the research institute, and promoting various work to a new level. Zhang Dong provided targeted guidance based on the development history of various research departments, comparing the past and present.
