Our hospital's party branch held a general meeting of all party members

On the morning of December 24, 2019, the Party branch of the Research Institute held a Party member conference, which had two agenda items: the oath taking ceremony for new Party members and the collective study of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Comrade Li Zhongguang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch, presided over the meeting, and Comrade Dai Bin, Secretary of the Party Branch, and all Party members attended the meeting.

The meeting first held a solemn and grand oath taking ceremony for newly approved probationary members of the Communist Party of China.

Comrade Dai Bin, the secretary of the Party branch, led the probationary party members to take the oath of joining the Party. Comrade Li Zhongguang, the deputy secretary, wore the Party emblem and presented the Party Constitution to the probationary party members, enhancing their sense of pride, honor, responsibility, and mission. Comrade Wu Pu, a probationary party member, made a statement. He expressed his excitement and lofty sense of mission to become a new party member, stating that he would fulfill his obligations as a party member in accordance with the requirements of the Party Constitution, persist in continuously improving his ideological and political cultivation, and adhere to the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. He would continuously improve his ability and capability to serve the people and the integrated development of culture and tourism, fully play the exemplary role of a party member, and become a qualified party member

Comrade Dai Bin, Secretary of the Party Branch, pointed out in his speech that the oath taking ceremony for joining the Party is a necessary procedure for developing Party members, an effective form of Party education for probationary Party members after joining the Party, and a solemn ceremony for probationary Party members to express their beliefs and strive for communist ideals for life. It will become a new milestone in the life path of new Party members. Secretary Dai Bin also pointed out several expectations and suggestions to the probationary party members and all party members present. Thirdly, we must adhere to the Party's absolute leadership in the ideological field and carefully restrain our words and actions. Finally, I hope that all Party members and comrades will abide by their promises under the Party's banner, be more strict with themselves, always maintain the progressiveness nature and vanguard and exemplary role of the Communist Party members, always obey the arrangements of the Party, always obey the call of the Party, constantly strive for the cause of the Party, and strive to become an excellent Communist with ideals and ambitions.

Next, we will proceed to the second agenda of the meeting, where all party members will collectively study the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Comrade Dai Bin, based on the practical work of the research institute, deeply interpreted the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session and shared his own learning experience. He talked about that through the study of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Communist Party of China, he has gained a deeper understanding of adhering to the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, building a national governance system, and enhancing governance capabilities. He has a stronger sense of urgency to adhere to and improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and the national governance system, and to enhance governance capabilities in the cultural and tourism fields. He also has a clearer direction for implementing the spirit of the conference and doing a good job in this field and unit.

Comrades Li Zhongguang and Tang Xiaoyun exchanged their respective learning experiences. The meeting also summarized the recent learning situation and deployed the next stage of learning arrangements.
