According to the specific deployment of our hospital's "Never Forget the Original Aspiration, Remember the Mission" theme education work plan, on the afternoon of July 3rd, our hospital's party branch held a party lecture activity for branch secretaries in Room 1016. He emphasized that only with a highly rational ideological identification can there be unwavering practical consistency. How to truly build the tourism industry into a "strategic pillar industry of the national economy and a modern service industry that satisfies the people more", so that the people can travel, afford to travel, have fun, and have a comfortable time, how to promote the high-quality development of the tourism industry from both theoretical and data construction aspects, and how to achieve the new tasks of "conceptual design and construction drawings" and "promoting and leading the innovative development of tourism market entities" entrusted to us by the Party group, there is indeed a lot of work to be done.

He demanded that all party members and cadres in the hospital resolutely implement the overall requirements of the theme education activity of "adhering to the original intention, shouldering the mission, finding gaps, and implementing". Adhering to our original aspiration means keeping in mind the fundamental purpose of the Party, serving the people wholeheartedly, and remembering that the people's aspiration for a better life is our goal of struggle. To undertake a mission means to seize opportunities, face challenges, actively take on responsibilities, take proactive actions, conscientiously carry out investigations and research, provide political advice, tap into public intelligence, improve data, statistical analysis and other work, strive to build a contemporary tourism development theoretical system centered on the people, and continuously improve research level, innovate research mechanisms, and play a leading role in the industry in accordance with the requirements of Minister Luo's "a group of people, a lifetime, one thing", truly building the institution into a "trusted party group, recognized by the industry, and internationally first-class" tourism theoretical highland and strategic location. Finding gaps means comparing oneself with the Party Constitution and rules, benchmarking against others, and identifying the shortcomings in one's own thinking. To address the key issues that have long constrained the sustainable development of research institutes and data centers, such as prioritizing business over party building, ideals over discipline, personal achievements over the needs of the party, and professional training over comprehensive training. To ensure implementation, we need to start from ourselves, from leading cadres, and from the daily work of our units, to put our original aspirations and missions into practice. It is necessary to achieve "two absolutely not allowed, three consciously recognized", that is, it is not allowed to put a PhD, researcher or any other identity above party membership, and it is not allowed to use "engineering contradictions" as an excuse to affect the smooth implementation of theme education activities.
