From the first to the fourth quarter, there was a steady increase, reaching 83.84, 82.36, 83.29 and 87.11 respectively. The improvement in domestic tourist satisfaction mainly comes from individual tourists. The domestic individual tourist satisfaction rate in 2012 was 84.02, which was 2.86 and 3.17 higher than the 81.16 and 80.85 levels in 2010 and 2011 respectively, and was roughly equivalent to the group tourist satisfaction rate of 84.4 in 2012. Judging from the results of each quarter, the satisfaction levels of group tourists and individual tourists are in the "satisfied" and "relatively satisfied" ranges. As the satisfaction level of individual tourists continues to approach that of group tourists, the competitiveness of travel agencies deserves attention. The report's survey of online reviews found that departments using modern information technology had higher levels of satisfaction. The satisfaction scores of each review object from high to low are: online booking 95.43, attractions 87.91, city comprehensive 86.55, accommodation 82.45, shopping 81.51, leisure and entertainment 79.17, catering 78.88, destination image 77.24, attitude of local residents 77.13, return rate/recommendation Degree is 67.79, transportation is 62.10, cost performance is 59.97, travel agency is 49.17, and tourism industry management is 12.31, which are consistent with the results of each year. Among them, reservations, attractions, accommodation and other businesses that carry out online operations and apply modern service technology have higher satisfaction levels, and online booking satisfaction has been above 95 points for a long time. The report's investigation of tourist complaints found that tourism complaints are at the "unsatisfactory" level, the gap in tourism quality supervision and complaint services between regions has not been further narrowed, and the improvement trend has stagnated, but the level of complaints and complaints has declined. The tourist complaint satisfaction level in 2012 was 59.2, which was at the "dissatisfied" level, which was 14.19 and 4.61 higher than the 45.01 and 54.59 in 2010 and 2011 respectively. The convenience of the complaint procedure and the publicity of complaint results have been improved. The degree of improvement of the complaint system, such as the construction of the website/page of the Quality Supervision Institute, the number of systems and news, etc. should be strengthened. In 2012, the complaint proportions of individual tourists, group tourists and inbound tourists were 30.46%, 31.44% and 26.05% respectively, and the complaint proportions were 7.19%, 7.98% and 8.39% respectively. Although the above proportions are lower than the levels in 2010 and 2011, The continued improvement in each quarter is noteworthy.
