The Western Tourism Development Research Base of our institute was unveiled

On the afternoon of April 14, the unveiling ceremony of the "China Tourism Research Institute Western Tourism Development Research Base" was held at Shaanxi Normal University. Dean Dai Bin of our institute, Academician Sun Jiulin of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Zhao Bin of Shaanxi Normal University, Deputy Director Chen Qingming of Shaanxi Provincial Tourism Bureau, Deputy Director Kang Lifeng of Xi'an Tourism Bureau, Professor Ma Yaofeng, Chief Expert of the Base, and leaders, teachers and students of the School of Tourism and Environment of Shaanxi Normal University attended the unveiling ceremony. The unveiling ceremony was hosted by Professor Xue Dongqian, Dean of the School of Tourism and Environment.

In his speech, President Dai Bin fully affirmed the tourism management discipline construction, talent training and scientific research work of Shaanxi Normal University. He hoped that with the support of relevant departments and tourism enterprises and institutions, and the efforts of teachers and students of the school, the Western Tourism Development Research Base would be built into a distinctive and high-level tourism research base.

Also attending the unveiling ceremony was Liang Qiuping, Director of the Administrative Department of our college.
