In order to fully understand the domestic tourism situation during the 2018 National Day holiday, grasp the development trends of the national tourism industry, and ensure the smooth progress of the National Day holiday tourism statistics work, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Scope of statistical reporting

According to the holiday tourism statistics work arrangement, Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Chengde, Qinhuangdao, Shenyang, Dalian, Changchun, Jilin, Harbin, Nanjing, Wuxi, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Huangshan, Xiamen, Nanchang, Ruijin, Qingdao, 39 designated key tourist cities including Luoyang, Wuhan, Changsha, Zhangjiajie, Shaoshan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Guilin, Haikou, Sanya, Chengdu, Guang'an, Guiyang, Zunyi, Kunming, Xi'an, Yan'an, Yinchuan, Pingyao Ancient City, Mount Wutai, Qianshan , Zhouzhuang, Tongli Ancient Town, Huaguo Mountain, Putuo Mountain, Wuzhen, Qiandao Lake, Jiuhua Mountain, Wuyi Mountain, Fujian Taining, Lushan Mountain, Jinggangshan, Taishan Mountain, Qufu Sankong, Songshan Shaolin, Yuntai Mountain, Wudang Mountain, Three Gorges Dam , Shennongjia, Nanyue Hengshan, Zhuhai Haiquan Bay, Emei Mountain, Jiuzhaigou, Huanglong, Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Potala Palace, Huashan, Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes, Kumbum Temple, Tianshan Tianchi and other 32 designated key tourist attractions are included in the scope of this statistics , carry out National Day holiday tourism statistics.

II. Regarding the verification and reporting of the "Travel Holiday Summary 1" before the National Day

The 39 key tourist cities and 32 key tourist attractions included in this statistical scope need to report the "Travel Holiday Comprehensive Form 1" before the National Day. The requirements are as follows:

(I) Municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities with independent planning status shall report three key monitored city attractions, and other cities shall report two key monitored city attractions; the names and order of the monitored attractions reported by each city shall not be changed after approval by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

(II) For monitored scenic spots with significant changes in their optimal and maximum daily reception capacities (increase or decrease of more than 10%), it is necessary to re-determine their maximum and optimal daily reception capacities, and submit the determination basis and plan by fax to the Data Center of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

(III) Each designated key tourist city and scenic spot shall submit the approved “Tourism Holiday Summary Form 1” to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism by fax (with the seal of the Tourism Development Commission and the Tourism Bureau and the signature of the leader) before September 30. At the same time, the name, contact number and fax number of the statistical issuer, person in charge and person filling in the form shall be attached to the fax.

III. Simulation test on reporting tourism statistics during the National Day holidays

In order to ensure the smooth operation of the holiday tourism information reporting system during the National Day, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism decided to organize a simulation on September 30, 2018 for the 39 key tourist cities and 32 key tourist attractions included in the scope of this statistical submission. test. Please log on to the official website of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism (http://www.mct.gov.cn/) - "Online Services" - "Service Hall" from 13:00 to 15:00 on September 30 for the above cities and scenic spots. "Column - "Holiday Travel Information Filling System" will fill in the Travel and Holiday Comprehensive 3 Form that reflects the actual situation on September 30th - the daily report of the reception situation of the main tourist attractions (spots) during the Golden Week and the overall overview of the reception situation on that day. Submit (the entry password is the same as before).

IV. Work Requirements

(1) All key tourist cities and tourist attractions must conscientiously fulfill their work responsibilities during the National Day and holidays and submit statistical data on time to ensure that the data is complete and accurate. In order to ensure the smooth development of holiday tourism statistics, each province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government), key cities and key scenic spots should designate statistical contact personnel, keep communication open, and fill in the "2018 National Day Holiday Tourism Statistics Contact Person Information Form" before September 30 ”, sent to the email address sjzx@cnta.gov.cn.

(II) The arrangements for reporting holiday tourism statistical information are as follows:

Before 15:00 on the afternoon of October 1st, 4th and 7th, all key tourist cities and tourist attractions shall fill out three travel holiday summary forms, reporting the cumulative data for 1 day, the first 4 days and the first 7 days respectively.

Before 9:00 a.m. on October 8, all key tourist cities shall fill out the comprehensive travel holiday form 5.

Before 12:00 on October 8, each province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the central government) shall fill out the travel holiday comprehensive form 6.
