Our hospital held a 2012 leadership team assessment and performance report meeting

On the morning of December 13th, our hospital held the 2012 leadership team assessment and work report meeting. The meeting was chaired by Dean Dai Bin, attended by Peng Zhikai, a member of the Assessment Office of the National Tourism Administration and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bureau, Liu Lian from the Cadre Department of the Personnel Department of the Bureau, and middle-level and deputy high qualified cadres from the research institute. At the meeting, Deputy Secretary Peng Zhikai first introduced the purpose, requirements, and related work procedures of the assessment. Dean Dai Bin and Vice Dean Zhang Dong respectively made personal reports on their work, summarizing their political ideology, integrity and self-discipline, and fulfilling their job responsibilities over the past year. They identified problems and deficiencies in their work and studies, and proposed specific corrective measures. According to the requirements of the assessment team, middle-level and deputy high qualified cadres of the research institute conducted democratic evaluations on two institute leaders. Finally, Deputy Secretary Peng Zhikai affirmed the work of the research institute in 2012. He pointed out that the leadership team of the research institute attaches great importance to party building work and talent team construction. Under the leadership of the leadership team of the institute, the scientific research and administrative teams are dedicated to their work and have achieved remarkable results. I hope that the research institute will closely cooperate with the party committee of the bureau in the construction of a learning organization in 2013 and achieve better results.
