In order to conscientiously implement Director Shao Qiwei's instructions on building a world-class government think tank and ensure the smooth progress of various key tasks in 2013, our institute held a staff meeting in Room 1016 on February 18th to mobilize and deploy work. At the meeting, Dean Dai Bin put forward four requirements on how to seize opportunities and meet challenges based on the annual work tasks and future development trends: firstly, all staff in the hospital need both ideal guidance and disciplinary constraints in their work, and strive to overcome mental and spiritual slackness, maintain strong work enthusiasm and enthusiasm. The second is to focus on solving the prominent problem of slow growth of the talent team compared to the established goals of the talent development plan. Only by ensuring that scientific research is truly grounded, continuously improving the research capabilities, academic reputation, and social influence of research teams, can we generate a profound academic foundation, better serve the industry, and serve as the foundation for government and industry think tanks. Thirdly, we must recognize our own positioning in the face of constantly changing social and economic situations, and strive to propose new ideas and concepts for the development of the tourism industry in the new era. The fourth is to overcome the inertia mentality formed by long-term mechanism solidification. This year, a key indicator assessment mechanism will be introduced to evaluate the work performance of scientific researchers as an important condition for year-end evaluation. The meeting was chaired by Vice President Zhang Dong and attended by 34 staff members from the entire hospital.
