According to the development plan and talent construction requirements of our institute, from February 17th to February 28th, our research institute conducted a comprehensive and systematic online onboarding training for new employees and postdoctoral fellows who joined since 2019, achieving the annual training objectives and further improving our institute's new employee training work.
Dean Dai Bin requested new employees and postdoctoral fellows to fully understand the work situation and requirements of the entire institute at the annual summary and deployment meeting, party building performance report meeting, and work report meeting of various research and administrative departments to the institute leaders, and to deeply participate in the construction of various departments' work functions, professional directions, key work, etc., and integrate into various work of the institute as soon as possible. To strengthen the work of new employees and postdoctoral fellows, they first audited the work reports made by various departments to the hospital leaders, and gained a preliminary understanding of the work functions, professional directions, and key work of all departments in the hospital. Next, special training was conducted for new employees and postdoctoral fellows on the history, party building, management system, writing ability, and other aspects of the institute. He comprehensively introduced the founding purpose, development positioning, development principles, values, organizational culture, ideology and other aspects of the research institute, as well as the characteristic party building work of the research institute's party branch;. Vice Dean Tang Xiaoyun presided over a special training on management systems. She provided a comprehensive introduction to the organizational functions, structure, and institutional system of the research institute, and analyzed the management system of the entire institute in detail. She led everyone to focus on learning and understanding the management methods in scientific research and finance;. Researcher Song Ziqian, Director of the Institute of Policy and Science Education, presided over a special training on writing ability. He started with what kind of article is a good article, and provided targeted and practical explanations and guidance on the knowledge, logic, structure, and other aspects required for writing article reports based on actual cases.
Liang Qiuping, Director of the Administration and Human Resources Department, Guo Ning, Director of the International Exchange and Finance Department (Promotion Department), Xia Shaoyan, Director of the Research Management Department, and Zhao Xiaoqing, Financial Manager, attended the training session and gave explanations on management systems, workflow, document processing, and other aspects in accordance with their respective department responsibilities.
