Our hospital held a symposium for new employees in 2019-2020

On May 13th, our hospital held a new employee symposium for 2019-2020 in Conference Room 1016, chaired by Dean Dai Bin.

At the symposium, 10 newly hired research staff, data staff, and postdoctoral fellows reported their work and study progress, personal growth plans, as well as their expectations and development suggestions for the research institute since joining. Dean Dai Bin provided targeted feedback and guidance to the new employees based on their current work status, future development, and disciplinary direction, which greatly inspired them and led to significant gains. Everyone expressed that they have benefited greatly and will further digest and absorb the guidance and opinions of the institute leaders, implement them into their actual work, and make their due contributions on the research institute platform.
