Associate Professor Li Zhongguang released the third quarter satisfaction survey report
Li Zhongguang, executive leader of the National Tourist Satisfaction Survey Project Team and associate professor of the Institute of Industry, first introduced the results of the National Tourist Satisfaction Survey in the third quarter of 2010 to the media present. The survey showed that the national tourist satisfaction index in the third quarter of 2010 was 77.80, showing a downward trend. The main reason was the decline in the satisfaction of inbound tourists and domestic individual tourists, the low satisfaction of tourists with the reception links of various industries, the increase in the proportion of complaints, and the "polarization" trend of tourist satisfaction in sample cities became more obvious. The survey also showed that the satisfaction of group tourists was relatively high, and the satisfaction of tourists in 60% of the sample cities increased. Afterwards, Director Li Renzhi, Dean Dai Bin, Associate Professor Li Zhongguang of the Institute of Industry, and others jointly answered questions from the media and netizens present. Also attending the press conference were some members of the project team, including Dr. He Qiongfeng, Dr. Zhan Dongmei of the Institute of Industry, Dr. Wu Fenglin, and Dr. Zhang Youyin of the Institute of Regions.
