On January 10, the National Tourist Satisfaction Survey Research Group of our institute held a summary report meeting on the project management and project results in 2010 and the key points of work in 2011. Li Renzhi, Director of the Supervision and Management Department of the National Tourism Administration, and members of the Quality Supervision Institute attended the report meeting. Director Li Renzhi believed that the 2010 National Tourist Satisfaction Survey completed various tasks, achieved the expected goals, and established a stable working mechanism. It is hoped that the research group will persevere in carrying out the national tourist satisfaction monitoring, effectively transform the survey results into working methods, and strengthen project management to continuously solve technical problems. The meeting was chaired by Dean Dai Bin, and members of the research group, including Associate Professor Li Zhongguang, Dr. He Qiongfeng, Dr. Yang Honghao, Dr. Yang Yanfeng, Dr. Zhan Dongmei, and Dr. Chen Xu, attended the meeting.
