Qinghai Province's 12th Five-Year Tourism Development Plan

According to the requirements of the State Council's "Several Opinions on Supporting the Economic and Social Development of Tibetan Areas in Qinghai and Other Provinces", "Research on the Ideas of the 12th Five-Year Plan for the Development of China's Tourism Industry", and "Working Plan for the Preparation of the 12th Five-Year Plan for Qinghai Province", in order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, fully implement the scientific development concept, accelerate the promotion of Qinghai's "ecological province" strategy, and build "Beautiful Qinghai" and "Famous Plateau Tourism Province", at the invitation of the Qinghai Provincial Tourism Bureau, the China Tourism Research Institute presided over the preparation of the "12th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Tourism in Qinghai Province". In accordance with the requirements of the "12th Five-Year Plan for the Preparation of Qinghai Province", combined with the characteristics of the development of Qinghai's tourism industry, this plan initially considers the following eight key contents: First, the review of the development of the 11th Five-Year Plan and opportunities and challenges; second, development goals and strategic layout; third, strategic priorities and division of tasks; fourth, image building and market development; fifth, industrial elements and subject cultivation; sixth, boutique routes and supporting construction; seventh, key scenic spots and support measures; eighth, planning implementation and guarantee system.
