China Tourism Research Institute and Temple of Heaven Park carry out themed party day student joint construction activities

Dai Bin, Secretary of the Party Branch of China Tourism Research Institute, Ma Wenxiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Temple of Heaven Park, as well as our Deputy Secretary Tang Xiaoyun, Presidential Accountant Ma Yiliang, Vice Directors of Temple of Heaven Park Yu Zhesheng, Liu Yong, Zhao Yongli, Qi Lin and other leading comrades participated in the event. At the meeting, Dai Bin, the secretary of the Party branch of our hospital, affirmed the achievements of the Temple of Heaven Park in showcasing China's image to the world and carrying the construction of a world-class tourist destination. He also expressed gratitude to Secretary Ma Wenxiang and her team for their attention and support to the theme of the Party Day Student Union Building Activity. Under the title of "Historical Experience and Practical Requirements of Discipline Education of the CPC", Dai Bin, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Institute, gave a special party lesson to all Party members and cadres of the Institute. Strict discipline is the glorious tradition and unique advantage of the Party, and an important tool for the Party to continuously promote the development of revolution, construction, and reform. At the beginning of its establishment, the CPC took strict discipline as a red gene deeply rooted in its own body. Strict discipline is a special code and powerful gene for the Party to survive hardships and win victories without pride in its long-term revolutionary practice, and a strong guarantee for the Party to grow from small to large, from weak to strong, and from victory to victory. It is an inevitable requirement for deepening the Party's discipline construction in the new era and maintaining the progressiveness purity of the Party in the new journey; It is an inevitable requirement to unify the ideological will and action of the entire party and resolutely achieve the "two safeguards"; It is an inevitable requirement to promote the deepening of comprehensive strict governance of the Party and create a clean and upright political ecology. Leading the construction of think tanks with party building, integrating the party into daily business, and cultivating a tourism research team that is trusted by the party group, recognized by the industry, and has broad international influence has become our characteristic and experience, and will be adhered to in the long run. The research institute is facing four major risks: the ability to construct a contemporary tourism development theory system centered on the people, a data support system that serves the deep integration of culture and tourism, the ability to provide financial security for sustainable development, and the ability to build teams and echelons. It is necessary to combine the requirements of the six major disciplines of the Communist Party of China and the characteristics, main responsibilities, and team building of our institute, and provide strong guarantees for the practice of the institute's founding ideology with the discipline of command and prohibition, and to promote learning and serve the overall situation.

During the event, our party branch secretary Dai Bin led all party members to solemnly face the party flag and review the oath of joining the party. At the symposium on cultural heritage inheritance and innovation, the leadership teams and department heads of both sides had in-depth exchanges on scenic spot construction, cultural and creative development, operation and management, cultural heritage protection, safety and emergency management, and tourist services, and jointly shared cooperation directions and ideas. Dai Bin pointed out that Temple of Heaven Park is a highly cultural tourist attraction, a cultural heritage site with tourism warmth, and a fusion of culture and tourism with a sense of technology. In the future, it can create a world-class tourist attraction with profound cultural heritage, a model area for deep integration of culture and tourism, and a source of ideas for high-quality development of cultural undertakings, cultural industries, and tourism. The next step is for both parties to strengthen personnel exchanges and data exchange, jointly carry out project research and development, and enhance technological project support.

All party members, cadres, postdoctoral fellows, and visiting scholars of our institute also visited the patriotic education base of the Shenle Hall in Temple of Heaven Park, the national intangible cultural heritage exhibition, and the central axis of the park, deeply experiencing the rich cultural and tourism resources of Temple of Heaven Park.
