Dai Bin gave a special report to the Theoretical Study Center Group of Hefei Municipal Party Committee

On the morning of June 7, the Hefei Municipal Party Committee Theoretical Study Center Group held a study report meeting. Dai Bin, President of the China Tourism Research Institute, was invited to give a special report on promoting the high-quality development of the tourism industry. Zhang Hongwen, member of the Standing Committee of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.

Dai Bin used a large amount of detailed data and rich cases to provide in-depth interpretation and systematic guidance on General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on tourism work, the objective laws of the development of modern tourism, and suggestions for the next development of Hefei’s tourism industry.

In his speech, Zhang Hongwen pointed out that we must earnestly study and implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on tourism work, strive to improve the modern tourism system, comprehensively improve the quality of urban functions, strengthen systematic planning and scientific layout, accelerate the innovation of tourism products, business formats, and models, increase the introduction and cultivation of market entities, and promote the high-quality development of the tourism industry with the new development concept.

During his stay in Hefei, Dai Bin also investigated relevant public cultural projects and tourism and leisure spaces, and exchanged views and suggestions with relevant parties on cooperation between the institute and the city.
