Our institute held the 2024 postdoctoral admission ceremony

On the afternoon of September 13, the 2024 Postdoctoral Induction Ceremony of the China Tourism Academy was held in Beijing. Dai Bin, President of the China Tourism Academy and leader of the Postdoctoral Work Leadership Group, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Representatives from the Academy's Postdoctoral Management Office, postdoctoral cooperative tutors, representatives from the cooperative training unit Ctrip Group, and all new postdoctoral students attended the event.

At the meeting, all participants stood up and sang the national anthem. Tang Xiaoyun, Vice President of our institute and deputy leader of the postdoctoral leadership group, read out the list of postdoctoral fellows who will enter the station in 2024, and President Dai Bin issued the postdoctoral fellows with the entry certificate. This year, a total of 6 postdoctoral fellows entered the postdoctoral workstation of our institute, namely Zhang Aojia, Jiang Wenheng, Sun Pengfei, Shi Yuding, Tong Shuyang, and Meng Xiaodong.

In his speech, Dean Dai Bin first congratulated all the postdoctoral fellows who joined the station, and put forward three requirements for the study and work of the new postdoctoral fellows during their stay at the station. He hoped that the new postdoctoral fellows would continuously improve their political literacy, strive to practice the concept of serving the industry and serving the country; continuously improve their theoretical level, guide the practice of ideas with practical ideas; continuously improve their work style, and develop the work quality of "rigorous, pragmatic, united, and communicative". He said that the institute is everyone's common home, gathering together is a fire, and scattered is full of stars. He hoped that the new postdoctoral fellows would not forget their original intentions and walk with the institute all the way. Dr. Zhang Aojia spoke on behalf of the new postdoctoral fellows. She first thanked the institute for providing a new development platform for postdoctoral fellows. She was very honored to join the research team of the institute. She will strengthen her responsibility, make good use of the precious resources of the institute, achieve self-growth, and contribute to the future of the institute. Chief Statistician Ma Yiliang spoke on behalf of the postdoctoral cooperative tutor of the institute. He said that he welcomes new postdoctoral fellows to grow together with the institute, and hopes that everyone will cultivate a sense of self-efficacy, a sense of future orientation, and the ability of lifelong learning during their postdoctoral period.

Song Ziqian, the postdoctoral leadership group of our institute, Xia Shaoyan and Zhan Dongmei, directors of the management office, Zhang Yang, the postdoctoral co-supervisor, Li Xinyu, vice president of Ctrip Group, and Jia Yuanyuan, the postdoctoral management office, and other comrades participated in the above activities.
