Our institute held a work deployment meeting for the 2025 Tourism Economy Blue Book

The Blue Book of China's Tourism Economy is a landmark think tank achievement of the China Tourism Academy, focusing on the analysis and forecast of tourism economic operation. On November 6, 2024, President Dai Bin presided over a special meeting to deploy the research work on tourism economic operation in 2024 and development forecast in 2025.

Dai Bin pointed out that 2025 is the year of the conclusion of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the year of the research and preparation of the 15th Five-Year Plan, and it is also a key year for cultivating a modern tourism system and building a tourism power. The participating research teams should earnestly study General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on tourism work, implement the spirit of the National Tourism Development Conference, focus on building a national tourism development theory and development strategy system, scientifically judge the market situation, and put forward practical and useful policy recommendations to promote the development of the tourism industry.

Chief Statistician Ma Yiliang, responsible persons from the Scientific Research Management Department and various research institutes, in-station postdoctoral fellows and visiting scholars attended the seminar.
