Our institute held a series of assessment meetings for 2024

Recently, our institute held a series of meetings, including the 2024 Institute Leadership Team and Cadre Assessment Work Meeting, the 2024 Work Summary and 2025 Work Plan Report Meeting, and the 2024 Party Building Performance Review and Assessment Meeting. Liu Xipeng, Deputy Director of the Cadre Supervision Division of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Comrade Ying Xiangyu, a first-level chief clerk of the Cadre Division, members of our institute's leadership team and all employees attended the meeting, which was chaired by President Dai Bin.

At the 2024 leadership and leading cadres assessment work meeting, Comrade Dai Bin, on behalf of the leadership team of the institute, comprehensively summarized the work achievements in 2024 from nine aspects, including strengthening party building, steadily consolidating the construction of high-end think tanks, strengthening scientific and technological application research, promoting high-quality data work, strengthening industrial and local service research, actively innovating academic promotion work, fully resuming international academic exchanges, promoting talent training, strengthening cadre team building and financial support. The theme of 2025 was set as the "Journal Construction Year", and relevant work points were planned. Subsequently, Vice President Tang Xiaoyun made a personal report as required. The assessment team of the Ministry's Personnel Department organized all cadres and employees to conduct democratic evaluations.

At the 2024 work summary and 2025 work plan report meeting, the heads of administrative departments, research departments and senior professionals reported on the work of their departments and their personal performance of duties in 2024, and made plans and prospects for the work in 2025. After listening to the reports of various departments, President Dai Bin fully affirmed the work of each department and asked each department to conduct in-depth research on the work ideas of our institute in 2025, and closely implement them around the annual theme and the key tasks of the whole institute. All administrative departments should strengthen administrative capacity improvement, accelerate the promotion of key tasks in 2025, and implement various supervision tasks. Research departments should strengthen discipline construction, continuously improve the quality of scientific research, and strengthen the training of young talents.

At the 2024 Party Building Performance Review and Assessment Meeting, Party Branch Secretary Dai Bin made a summary report on Party Building. In 2024, the Party Branch of the Academy will take the political construction of the Party as the overall guide, promote the in-depth study and implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and insist on taking theoretical arming as an important means to strengthen the ideological tempering of Party members and cadres. Build strong grassroots Party organizations and strengthen the role of Party branches as a fighting fortress. Strengthen the Party's work style and clean government, and improve the democratic decision-making mechanism. Conscientiously perform the main responsibility of grassroots Party building. In the new year, the Party Branch of the Academy will adhere to the implementation of the deployment of the Party Central Committee and the requirements of the Party Group of the Ministry, continue to strengthen the leadership of Party Building, implement the main responsibility of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party, forge a strong grassroots Party organization, do a good job in the implementation of ideological work responsibilities, and accelerate the construction of national tourism development theory.

During the meeting, all cadres and staff of our institute conducted annual democratic evaluation, and the participating party members conducted annual democratic evaluation of all party members of our institute.
