Dai Bin put forward his opinions on how to evaluate the implementation of the "14th Five-Year Plan" tourism development plan, how to understand the external environment and basic conditions for the development of the tourism industry during the "15th Five-Year Plan", how to view the changes and development direction of the tourism industry itself, how to determine the guiding ideology and goals for the development of the tourism industry during the "15th Five-Year Plan", how to set the main tasks for the development of the tourism industry during the "15th Five-Year Plan", and how to design policy guarantees for the development of the tourism industry during the "15th Five-Year Plan". He also deployed the next steps of planning research.

The meeting was held in a combination of on-site and online methods.
