Our institute held the first online meeting of the "Tourism Scenic Area Revitalization Cooperation Mechanism"

On the afternoon of March 6, the "First Meeting of the Tourism Scenic Spot Revitalization Cooperation Mechanism" co-organized by the China Tourism Academy, the China Tourism Scenic Spots Association, and the China Amusement Park Association was held online. The theme of this meeting was "Orderly Promotion of Scenic Spot Reopening: Prevention and Control Measures and Market Strategies". More than 490 people from the partners of the China Tourism Academy, the majority of member scenic spots of the China Tourism Scenic Spots Association and the China Amusement Park Association, representatives of large tourism groups, investment institutions, research institutions and media reporters attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Li Zhongguang, Vice President of our institute.

At the meeting, the establishment ceremony of the "Tourism Scenic Spot Revitalization Cooperation Mechanism" was held online. President Yao Jun read out the proposal for the Tourism Scenic Spot Revitalization Cooperation Mechanism, and President Dai Bin read out the first list of institutions and experts of the Tourism Scenic Spot Revitalization Cooperation Mechanism. Subsequently, our institute signed strategic agreements with the China Tourism Scenic Spots Association and the China Amusement Park Association.

At the opening ceremony, President Yao Jun gave a speech, sharing the original intention and mission of the establishment of the "tourism scenic spot revitalization mechanism", the current tasks and the determination and thinking for post-epidemic revitalization. Subsequently, Wang Qicheng, Assistant to the President of Huaqiang Fantawild Cultural Technology Group Co., Ltd., Ge Baorong, President of Yunnan Tourism Scenic Spots Association, Director and General Manager of OCT (Yunnan) Investment Company, Ma Shuqi, Director of the Management Committee of Yesanpo Scenic Spot in Laishui County, Zhang Dehui, Member of the Party Working Committee of Huangshan Scenic Spot, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Huangshan Tourism Development Co., Ltd., and Wang Xuguang, Executive Director and CEO of Haichang Ocean Park, successively gave keynote speeches. The five guests shared their views on the topics of "The Road to Rejuvenation-The War on Epidemic in the Theme Park Industry", "How to Survive and Develop in the Cloud", "If You Don't Advance, You Will Retreat, Strive to Achieve the Iterative Transformation of Yesanpo Scenic Spot", "Some Thoughts on the Resumption of Tourism Scenic Spots under the Epidemic", and "Response Strategies of Theme Parks under the Epidemic". Finally, Zhou Liyuan, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Tourism Scenic Spots Association, issued guidelines for the resumption of work in tourist attractions.

In the seminar with the theme of "Scientific Prevention and Control, Post-epidemic Revitalization", Ma Chunming, Director of Yuntaishan Scenic Area Management Bureau and Director of Qingtianhe Scenic Area Management Bureau, Fang Jun, Secretary-General of China International Travel and Health Care Association, Wang Gang, Vice President of Leisure and Vacation Branch of China Tourism Association and Dean of OCT Tourism Research Institute, Ye Wenzhi, Chairman of Fenghuang Ancient Town Cultural Tourism Investment Co., Ltd., Wang Shuang, Chairman and General Manager of Qingming Shanghe Park, Wang Wei, Vice President of Sunac Culture and Tourism Group, Xu Xiaoyin, President of Dinosaur Park Cultural Tourism Group, and Gu Junfa, Chairman of Suzhou High-tech Tourism Industry Group, discussed the impact of the epidemic on tourist attractions, amusement park amusement machine industry, and enterprises, the main practices and successful experiences of tourist attractions in preventing and controlling the epidemic, how to reduce losses in tourist attractions after the epidemic, and ideas and plans for rapid recovery and revitalization.

In the seminar on "Policy Support and Market Strategies for the Resumption of Scenic Areas", Zhang Peng, a researcher at the Academy of Fiscal Sciences of the Ministry of Finance, Lei Haisu, director of the China Tourism Group Research Institute, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Shaoxing Municipal Party Committee, and director of the Shaoxing Municipal Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau He Junjie, Guangzhou Conghua District Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau Party Secretary and Director Tan Hong, Everbright Capital General Manager Fan Nan, Meituan-Dianping Senior Director of Central Government Affairs Department Lu Mengxi, Shengwei Times Executive President Bai Shan, Snail Scenic Area Management Group Chairman Xu Ting discussed the financial and taxation, industry policy status and suggestions for the revitalization and high-quality development of tourist attractions, relevant local policies, measures, experiences, the international competitiveness of my country's tourist attractions, and the development of A-level scenic spots, theme parks, and amusement parks trends, national cultural parks, world-class scenic spots, red tourism development strategies and other issues.

Finally, President Dai Bin made a concluding speech entitled "Scenic spots are the warmth of life and the upward force". He pointed out that today's situation is hard-won. The Central Committee has held six meetings of the Political Bureau Standing Committee to study and deploy epidemic prevention and control work. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism has resolutely implemented the spirit of the instruction of "putting the safety of people's lives and health first", from the initial "stop group tours, close scenic spots, and prevent epidemics" to the policy support during the epidemic, and then to the series of measures to scientifically guide enterprises to resume work and production at this stage, which have won the recognition of tourists and supported the bottom line of the industry; industry organizations such as the China Tourism Scenic Spots Association and the China Amusement Machine and Amusement Park Association have united and led the entire industry to implement the central strategic deployment and implement the work requirements of the cultural and tourism departments, and have made great efforts and contributions.

Now, the general public is coming out of the overwhelming sadness and spreading panic, and while starting to more strictly prevent and control the epidemic, they are also participating in the orderly resumption of work and business and facing life with optimism. Scenic spots should also return to the daily life that makes the people feel warm and sensible. Scenic spots in the future should be safe, healthy and ecological; scenic spots in the future should and must make tourists feel the warmth of life and the quality of service; scenic spots in the future should and must introduce the power of culture into the entire process of planning and operation; scenic spots in the future should and must be digital spaces supported by science and technology and driven by research and development.
