On the afternoon of May 2nd, our hospital's party branch held a special meeting in Room 1016 to study and implement the Tourism Law. The meeting was chaired by Dean Dai Bin and attended by all middle-level and above cadres in the hospital. The attendees carefully studied the entire text of the Tourism Law. It is believed that in the new historical period, the Tourism Law has ushered in a new era of legal governance, and the transformation of the tourism development environment and mode marked by the Tourism Law will force the transformation of tourism work methods. Firstly, when viewed on an international scale, this law is also the first comprehensive legislation guided by tourism rights. Secondly, this law directly addresses several practical issues in the current tourism development process, directly responding to the demands of the people, such as zero negative tour fees, deceiving and cutting off customers, and increasing prices in scenic spots. It reflects the implementation of the Party and the new government's people-oriented and rule of law concepts in the tourism field, further regulating the market, and giving hope to the people. Thirdly, this law has opened up new space for the government's next management, such as clearly stating that all levels of government should incorporate the development plan of the tourism industry into the local government's economic and social development plan. This law also stipulates the planning of citizens' tourism and leisure, which requires the government to effectively carry out lawful administration. Dai Bin requires the entire hospital to do three tasks well. Firstly, the research institute should complete the interpretation of tourism laws with quality and quantity based on previous scientific research. Secondly, unite and lead the tourism academic community across the country to promote and implement laws, and provide technological and intellectual support. Thirdly, in conjunction with our scientific research projects and strategic cooperation units, we will promote the Tourism Law to the government, enterprises, and international partners, and embody the spirit of the Tourism Law in the "18X" academic achievement system, periodic quarterly achievement press conferences, etc. We also need to be prepared to undertake several special learning tasks related to the Tourism Law by the bureau.
