The administrative team of the institution collectively studied the 'Regulations on Personnel Management of Public Institutions'

On the afternoon of May 20th, Vice Dean Zhang Dong organized all administrative staff to collectively study the newly issued "Regulations on Personnel Management of Public Institutions". Since the beginning of this year, the research institute has proposed the work theme of "Administrative Quality Improvement Year" around the goal of building an administrative team that is compatible with the construction of a first-class research institution. It has established departmental work exchange and administrative learning systems, carried out regular and irregular learning and education activities, strengthened personal capacity building, and improved administrative quality. This learning session will be led by the office director. The next learning session will focus on the topic of "Meeting Etiquette Standards", which will be taught by personnel designated by the Research Management Department, reflecting the learning philosophy of "everyone is a student, everyone is a teacher".
