Our hospital holds a lecture on administrative etiquette knowledge

On September 25, 2014, our hospital held a lecture on administrative etiquette knowledge, and Vice Dean Zhang Dong attended the lecture. Jia Yuanyuan from the Research Management Department gave a systematic introduction and sharing of etiquette knowledge in six aspects: conference organization etiquette, meeting etiquette, telephone etiquette, scheduling etiquette, signing etiquette, and personal etiquette cultivation. Zhang Dong fully affirmed the content of this lecture. He said that learning etiquette knowledge can help improve personal qualities and establish a good external image for the unit. Administrative personnel should continue to use their spare time to strengthen their learning, continuously improve their comprehensive quality, and contribute to the development of the research institute. All administrative staff of our institution attended this lecture.
