Our hospital held the 2018 assessment report meeting and party building report meeting

On January 16th, our hospital held the 2018 leadership team assessment report meeting, 2018 work summary and party building report meeting in the second floor conference room. Comrade Wang Xiaofeng, a member of the Party Group of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Inspector Liu Liying from the Personnel Department of the Ministry, Deputy Director Liu Linlin from the Overseas Personnel Department, and all cadres and staff of our hospital attended the relevant meeting, which was chaired by Comrade Dai Bin.

In the morning, Comrade Dai Bin, on behalf of the leadership team of the institute, comprehensively summarized the work of 2018 from the aspects of strengthening party building and inspection and rectification work, research on the integration of culture and tourism development, and achievements in literature construction at the 2018 leadership team assessment and work report meeting. He also made key arrangements for the work ideas of 2019, making "cultural construction" the annual work theme of the entire institute, strengthening research on the integration of culture and tourism in the new era, and building a statistical data system for culture and tourism.

Comrade Wang Xiaofeng fully affirmed the various achievements of our institute's work, and pointed out that the party building and inspection rectification work of the research institute are very tight and practical. The overall construction of the team has achieved remarkable results, with many young backbone members and full of vitality. The Party Committee of the Ministry has provided many research results in the integration of culture and tourism development, which have been fully recognized. We have released a series of research results and provided many services for the development of local governments and enterprises through consultation, research, planning, training, and other forms, creating great social and industry value.

Comrade Wang Xiaofeng put forward three requirements for the work of the research institute. Firstly, we must continue to firmly grasp and implement the work of Party building and inspection and rectification, and achieve the goal of drawing lessons from others. The construction of Party conduct and clean governance is always on the road. Secondly, in terms of work, various research should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of "understanding the industry thoroughly, understanding the family background, keeping up with the overall situation, grasping key points, helping enterprises, and solving problems". The third is to continuously strengthen the construction of the team, not only to strengthen internal team building, but also to play a role in the construction of industry talents. The research institute should be based on the industry and the whole country, and become a cradle of talents.

Comrade Dai Bin, on behalf of the hospital team, thanks Comrade Wang Xiaofeng for his affirmation and requirements for our hospital's various work. The hospital team will resolutely implement the requirements put forward by Comrade Wang Xiaofeng, strengthen internal construction, strive to improve business level, and timely report.

At the 2018 Work Summary and Party Building Report Meeting held in the afternoon, our chief strategic researcher Song Ziqian and department heads reported on their personal performance of job responsibilities and departmental work in 2018. Comrade Dai Bin, the secretary of the Party branch, reported on the performance of Party building in 2018, analyzed the current problems and their causes, and proposed improvement measures based on the work arrangement for 2019.
