He pointed out the background, current situation, goals, and key work of the technology construction of the research institute (data center). He emphasized that firstly, the Party and the state attach great importance to technological innovation, and the high-quality development of the tourism industry and the construction of think tanks require technological support. We need to find a new path of "government funding, cooperation between institutions and enterprises, strategic guidance, and commercial research and development", and pragmatically promote the high-quality development process of cultural and tourism integration. Secondly, the new tourism think tank should have a high level of thinking and technological strength. The construction of think tanks requires being good at presenting viewpoints and being able to argue them, which requires a theoretical foundation, logical development, and data support. After the keynote speech, all staff members of the research institute were convened by the party group leader and divided into three online discussion groups. They focused on the theme of the event and President Dai Bin's speech, discussing topics such as strengthening political awareness, integrating technology and tourism development, and promoting high-quality development of the tourism industry.
