2009 National Tourist Satisfaction Survey Press Conference Held in Beijing

On January 21, the press conference on "2009 Fourth Quarter and Annual Tourist Satisfaction Survey and Analysis" co-sponsored by the Supervision Department of the National Tourism Administration and the China Tourism Academy was held in the National Tourism Administration's 203 Conference Room. The meeting was chaired by Li Renzhi, Director of the Supervision Department, and Professor Dai Bin, the leader of the "National Tourist Satisfaction Survey" project team and vice president of our academy, introduced the results of the fourth quarter national tourist satisfaction survey to the participating media, and reviewed and analyzed the results of the whole year.

Associate Professor Tang Xiaoyun from the Institute of Policy, Dr. Hu Fusheng, Associate Professor Li Zhongguang, head of the Institute of Industry, Dr. Yang Yanfeng, Dr. Li Dong and other members of the research team attended the press briefing. Together with Vice President Dai Bin, they answered questions from the media on the technical route, practical application and future development of the national tourist satisfaction survey.
