In answering reporters' questions, Vice President Dai Bin pointed out that only by achieving perfect information transmission and humanization of the public service system can the satisfaction of individual tourists be truly improved. To improve the satisfaction of individual tourists and do a good job in the market for receiving individual tourists, first of all, government departments need to make information public and effective, and local government websites must truly convey tourism information. The public service system must truly be people-oriented and give urban tourism a sense of security.
