On July 8, 2010, the National Tourist Satisfaction Survey Report (2010 Q2) was released in the People's Daily Online Studio, co-sponsored by the Supervision and Management Department of the National Tourism Administration and the China Tourism Academy, and co-organized by the People's Daily Online Tourism Channel. Li Renzhi, Director of the Supervision and Management Department of the National Tourism Administration, and Dai Bin, Vice President of the China Tourism Academy, attended the conference. Vice President Dai Bin released the second quarter satisfaction survey report

Dai Bin, the leader of the National Tourist Satisfaction Survey Project Team and the Vice President of the Institute, first introduced the results of the National Tourist Satisfaction Survey in the second quarter of 2010 to the media present, mainly including the overall situation of national tourist satisfaction, the main factors affecting national tourist satisfaction, and the satisfaction ranking of the 50 key tourist cities monitored, etc. Afterwards, Director Li Renzhi, Vice President Dai Bin, Associate Professor Li Zhongguang and Associate Professor Tang Xiaoyun of the Institute jointly answered questions from the media and netizens present.
