On October 13, 2011, the 2011 Third Quarter Tourism Economic Operation and National Tourist Satisfaction Survey Report Release Conference was held in Beijing, hosted by China Tourism Academy and organized by People's Daily Tourism Channel. First, President Dai Bin made a keynote speech on the current tourism economic situation and tourist satisfaction. In his speech, he pointed out that in the past three quarters, the fundamentals of my country's tourism operation were stable, rational and people-oriented. The entire tourism economy has increasingly turned to the inside, to domestic tourism and national tourism, and its correlation with economic development has become increasingly high. This year, national tourism has been stable and rising, and the goal for the whole year is expected to be basically achieved. With the formation of an industry fundamentals by commercial and non-commercial institutions, and the gradual rise of private and overseas forces, China's tourism economy relies more on emerging formats and private formats to drive and drive. In terms of channel construction, it is more rational, and more companies are beginning to use emerging science and technology to expand their channels and increase contact with customers; in terms of the integration of factors driving the development of the tourism industry, more and more attention is paid to the role of science and technology, education and talents, and more connotative growth is used to drive the development of the industry. More people-oriented means people-oriented. He emphasized that the Party committees and governments of the 50 key monitored cities attach importance to tourist satisfaction, especially the satisfaction of individual tourists, which is an important guarantee for improving tourism quality and reflects the people-oriented approach. The lifestyle of the people is the best tourism promotion. The satisfaction of the people and tourists is the most effective image of a city. He hopes that the local party committees and governments can provide more satisfactory public services to the people and tourists, and that enterprises can provide more satisfactory commercial services to tourists.

Subsequently, Yang Honghao, the head of the Institute of Industry of our institute, released the third quarter tourism economic operation and national tourist satisfaction survey report. The report believes that the current tourism development environment in my country is generally favorable, and the tourism economy has maintained a relatively fast growth and tends to be positive. The national tourist satisfaction comprehensive index continues to improve, and the satisfaction of domestic tourists in most sample cities has also continued to improve. The comprehensive tourist satisfaction index this quarter is 80.48, which is at the "satisfactory" level. It is expected that the annual development goals can be generally achieved, the national tourism market development exceeds expectations, and the inbound tourism market is lower than expected.
