Research on the mid- and long-term planning and improvement of Tibet's construction into an important world tourism destination

The Fifth Tibet Work Conference proposed to build Tibet into an important world tourism destination. Building an important world tourism destination is a national strategy and the need for Tibet's reform and development. This project conducts research from the aspects of planning background, strategic positioning and development goals, spatial structure and product layout, optimization and improvement of tourism business system, construction of tourism infrastructure and public service system, construction of tourism three-dimensional marketing system, industrial integration development, construction of major projects, policy system and guarantee mechanism.
