In order to implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, gain a deeper understanding of the achievements and experiences of tourism market entities in improving the modern cultural industry system, and prepare for the 2020 China Tourism Group Development Forum, Dean Dai Bin led a research team from the China Tourism Research Institute to conduct special research on enterprises such as Hainan Tourism Investment Development Co., Ltd., Hainan Agricultural Reclamation Investment Holding Group, and Hainan Agricultural Reclamation Tourism Group.

On the morning of November 27th, Dean Dai Bin led a team to conduct research at Hainan Tourism Investment Development Co., Ltd. Chen Tiejun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group, met with the research team and introduced the company's basic situation, business sectors, development ideas, and facing problems. Wu Yuanfei, Deputy General Manager of the Group, Pan Shuo, Director of the Research Office of the Board of Directors, Liu Chao, Head of the Strategic Investment Department, and the research team had in-depth and extensive discussions. Based on the learning experience of the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, Dean Dai Bin hopes that Hainan Tourism Investment will adopt a dual wheel drive strategy of "incremental investment resource integration" and pay more attention to cultivating local consumption and gathering local economic and social development goals. Dai Bin also introduced the progress of preparations for the 2020 China Tourism Group Development Forum and invited the chairman and the Hainan Tourism Investment delegation to attend in Beijing in mid December. On November 26-27, Dean Dai Bin led a team to conduct research at Hainan Agricultural Reclamation Investment Holding Group and Hainan Agricultural Reclamation Tourism Group, and specifically visited Dr. Hu Fusheng, an associate researcher at the Strategic Research Institute who was seconded here. The Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Hainan Agricultural Reclamation Investment Holding Group, Gai Wenqi, Vice General Manager Yang Zhicheng, and Chairman of Hainan Agricultural Reclamation Tourism Group, Shi Xiangrong, attended the symposium. Chairman Gai Wenqi introduced the development history of Hainan Agricultural Reclamation Holdings Group and the group's development ideas under the construction strategy of Hainan Free Trade Port to the research group, hoping to strengthen cooperation with China Tourism Research Institute and jointly promote the development of Hainan's agricultural reclamation tourism sector. Dean Dai Bin expressed gratitude for the care and support of Hainan Agricultural Reclamation for its temporary cadres. He said that Hainan Agricultural Reclamation is a state-owned enterprise with a glorious history, carrying the red gene. The spirit of hard work and self-improvement of the agricultural reclamation people is admirable. He hopes that Hainan Agricultural Reclamation can seize the new opportunities, new markets, and new demands of the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port, rely on its rich tourism resources, and accelerate the construction of a modern tourism industry system. Both sides also had sufficient exchanges on the integration of agriculture and tourism, the development of the tourism industry, and other aspects of common concern, and reached preliminary intentions on the strategic cooperation between the institute and the enterprise.

Dean Dai Bin and his delegation also made a special visit to the location of Hainan Agricultural Reclamation Tourism Group in Danzhou City to investigate the Lianhua Mountain Cultural Scenic Area and the development of radon hot springs, and to gain a detailed understanding of the development of the agricultural reclamation tourism industry system and the integration of agriculture and tourism. Shi Xiangrong, Chairman of Hainan Agricultural Reclamation Tourism Group, gave a detailed introduction to the company's development history, business situation, and future plans, with a focus on the company's two-year journey of transforming the Lianhua Mountain Scenic Area from an abandoned mine to a national 4A level scenic spot through ecological restoration.

At the symposium with the management team of Hainan Agricultural Reclamation Tourism Group, Dean Dai Bin expressed gratitude for the warm reception of Hainan Agricultural Reclamation Tourism Group and the care and support of the seconded cadres, fully affirming the group's development achievements in recent years. He said that the construction of Lianhua Mountain Scenic Area fully reflects the firm belief and indomitable perseverance of the farmers in their development. The vast number of workers did not wait to rely on it and started from scratch to develop the tourism industry, putting in a lot of effort, which is touching and admirable. The direction of integrating agriculture and tourism by Nongken Tourism Group is correct. Industrial development should be project-based and industrialized, and it should effectively bring economic and social benefits to the local area; To be guided by culture, supported by technology, and create consumer scenarios; We need to focus on the ecological chain and establish a sound industrial chain, including investment, operation, and brand building; To be creators of a better life, centered around the sharing of hosts and guests. Dean Dai Bin and his delegation also had in-depth exchanges of views on exploring pilot programs for tourism customization experts and jointly building research bases for agricultural tourism integration in enterprises.

During their stay in Hainan, Dean Dai Bin and his research team also inspected and researched cultural and tourism integration projects such as the Agricultural Reclamation Museum, Agricultural Reclamation Smart Rubber Park, Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Demonstration Zone, and Haikou Qilou Old Street. As experts of the Hainan Free Trade Port Construction Expert Advisory Committee, they participated in the six-month evaluation of the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port led by the Development Research Center of the State Council.
