Our hospital conducted a research and discussion meeting at the Tourism College of the National Open University.

On the afternoon of June 9th, Director Dai Bin led a team to conduct a survey and discussion at the Tourism College of the National Open University. Executive Director Kong Lei of the Tourism College of the National Open University, Department Head Sun Jing of the Teaching and Academic Affairs Department, Deputy Director Guo Yixuan of the Office, and Deputy Director Liu Yang of the Strategic Development Department of the National Open University participated in the survey and discussion.

Kong Lei, the executive dean of the Tourism College of the National Open University, expressed his gratitude to the visiting team led by Director Dai Bin. He hoped that the Tourism College of the National Open University and the China Tourism Academy would conduct a series of studies on the training models for tourism talents in terms of academic education and non-academic education in China, and explore and develop tourism vocational education programs that meet the development needs of China's tourism education. Liu Yang, the deputy director of the Strategic Development Department of the National Open University, introduced the college and related business situations. Sun Jing, the dean of the Teaching and Academic Affairs Department of the National Open University, introduced the advantages of projects such as brand promotion, vocational training, professional guidance, vocational certificates, and the Tourism Talent Research Center. The National Open University put forward several suggestions for tourism talent cultivation.

Director Dai Bin stated that the China Tourism Academy is willing to strengthen cooperation with the National Open University and responded to the relevant questions. Regarding tourism talent cultivation, three suggestions were put forward: first, cultivate "reliable, capable of staying, and useful" tourism talents; second, widely absorb international and domestic educational experience; third, fully investigate industry demands. In terms of project cooperation, four expectations were expressed: first, the cooperation should be based on shared concepts and values; second, actions should be consistent; third, mutual growth; fourth, jointly establish a strategic cooperation agreement. Dr. Zhou Yan from the Policy Research Institute, Dr. Zeng Tian from the Data Research Institute, postdoctoral fellow Han Jinfang, Hou Pingping, Cao Yang from the Policy Research Institute, and research assistant Ma Xiaofen from the Policy Research Institute all participated in this research and discussion.
