V. Recruitment Process
(1) Online registration. From the date of the announcement to May 21, 2026, candidates should register according to the methods listed in the "Position Information Table (IV)" and in accordance with the requirements of the employing units. If the information filled in by the candidates is false or they fail to fill in as required, the qualification review will not be passed. Each candidate can only choose to apply for one position.

(2) Qualification Review. The employer will conduct a qualification review of the applicants based on the qualification criteria specified in this announcement and the requirements of the recruitment positions of the employer. The employer may require the applicants to provide additional materials as per the job needs. Those who pass the qualification review will proceed to the written test. The employer will inform the applicants of the qualification review results via email, phone call or text message.
The exam can be held only when the ratio of the number of candidates passing the qualification review to the planned recruitment number for the same position reaches 5:1. If this ratio is not met, the human resources management team of the employing unit will collectively decide whether to hold the exam based on the actual number of candidates who passed the qualification review, or to reduce or cancel the recruitment plan for the corresponding position.
(III) Written Examination. The written examinations of all employers will be conducted at the same time. The total score for the written examination is 100 points. Those who score 60 points or above are considered qualified and have the eligibility to proceed to the interview. The written examination mainly assesses the comprehensive knowledge, cognitive abilities and professional level necessary for the job duties of the candidates. The examination methods, specific time and related matters will be notified separately by the employers.
(4) Interview. The interview is organized by the employer itself. For the same position, based on the scores from the written test, the candidates who rank in the top 5% of the participants will be selected to enter the interview. If the number of candidates does not reach this proportion, the interview will be conducted for those who have passed the written test with the minimum passing score. The total score for the interview is 100 points. Those with a score of 70 or above are considered qualified and have the right to proceed to the assessment and physical examination stage. The interview mainly assesses the candidates' professional capabilities, personal cultivation, language expression, logical analysis and adaptability, and the degree of fit for the position. If the interview scores of all candidates for the same position are below 70 points, the recruitment plan for this position will be cancelled. The specific time and relevant matters of the interview will be notified by the employer separately.
(5) Assessment and Physical Examination. The assessment and physical examination work will be organized by the employing unit. After the interview, based on the comprehensive scores of the applicants for each position (the comprehensive score = 40% of the written test score 60% of the interview score), in the order from high to low, according to the recruitment ratio of 1:1 for each position, the candidates for assessment and physical examination will be determined. The physical examination standards will follow the national civil servant physical examination standards. The assessment methods will include individual interviews and reviewing the files. The key aspects to be examined include the political quality, moral character, ability and quality, psychological quality, work and study performance, compliance with laws and regulations, and integrity and self-discipline of the applicants.
If any applicant voluntarily withdraws their application or fails the physical examination or assessment, the employer's leadership team will, based on the actual situation, collectively decide whether to make a supplementary recruitment, or reduce or cancel the recruitment plan for the corresponding position.
(6) Public announcement. Based on the results of the examination, assessment, and physical examination, the candidates who are proposed for employment will be announced on the platform for public recruitment of institutions affiliated with the central and state organs. The announcement period will be 5 working days. During the announcement period, if any problems are discovered, they will be investigated and handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
(7) Employment. If there are no objections during the public announcement period, the employment procedures will be carried out in accordance with the regulations. For the staff recruited through public recruitment, a probationary period system is implemented as per the regulations. The probationary period is included in the term of the employment contract. Those who pass the probationary period will be officially employed; those who fail during the probationary period or at the end of it will have their employment cancelled. Welfare benefits shall be in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and the employer.
