On June 4, Dai Bin, President of China Tourism Academy, met with Carolyn Evans, President of Griffith University, and her delegation in Beijing.
Dai Bin reviewed the cooperation process and achievements of both sides and put forward three expectations for deepening the future cooperation between universities: strengthening cooperation in research and talent training, building a theoretical basis for tourism exchanges, and promoting exchanges in the industry and mutual learning for sustainable development. He hopes that the implementation of the memorandum of cooperation will become a model for international tourism academic exchanges.
President Evans agreed with Dean Dai Bin's suggestion. She said that Griffith University attaches great importance to tourism education and looks forward to further deepening cooperation with the China Tourism Academy to make more contributions to promoting the China-Australia tourism industry.
