According to the work needs of our hospital, we now plan to recruit 1 staff member from the society. The relevant matters are announced as follows:
1. Introduction
China Tourism Academy (Data Center of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism) (hereinafter referred to as Tourism Academy (Data Center)) is a public institution directly under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. In January 2017, it was listed as a central-level scientific research institution by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The Tourism Academy (Data Center) is mainly responsible for tourism policy and theoretical research, research on the integrated development of culture and tourism, and statistics and data analysis of culture and tourism.
2. Recruitment Scope
This recruitment is open to the public, and the positions are career-based positions. Returnees must have obtained a degree certificate from a foreign university recognized by the Ministry of Education, and provide relevant supporting documents to verify their overseas student status and experience; postdoctoral fellows currently working at the station can apply, but they must obtain exit qualifications before the end of August 2024.
III. Recruitment positions and requirements
One person is in the scientific research management position, whose main responsibilities are to contact academic committee members and project results, analyze scientific research results, organize scientific and technological development and formulate medium- and long-term plans for discipline construction, carry out postdoctoral research workstations, joint training doctoral programs, visiting scholars and young talents, etc.
The educational requirements for the position are the highest educational level that the applicant has obtained, and the professional requirements for the position are the corresponding majors of the highest educational level that the applicant has obtained. The majors refer to the "Catalogue of Disciplines for Degree Awarding and Talent Training (2018 Edition)" of the Ministry of Education. Applicants whose disciplines and majors are not in the selected reference catalog but are similar to the majors required for the position can actively contact this unit to confirm their registration qualifications.
IV. Qualifications
(1) They must be nationals of the People's Republic of China and abide by the Constitution and laws.
(2) Have a firm political stance, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, strengthen the "four consciousnesses", firm up the "four self-confidences", and achieve the "two safeguards", and maintain a high degree of unity with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core in terms of ideology, politics and actions.
(3) Having good moral character.
(4) Having a passion for culture and tourism.
(V) The professional or skill requirements for the position, the physical conditions suitable for the position requirements, and other conditions required for the position.
(VI) Graduated from 1254 Tourism Management, 02 Economics, 12 Management, and has a doctoral degree.
(VII) Possess a permanent residence in Beijing; or be able to handle the Beijing settlement procedures for qualified returned overseas students and postdoctoral fellows.
(8) Have strong management communication, organization and coordination, problem solving and other abilities, and be able to complete all the work tasks assigned to them.
9. Have a broad knowledge base and master the theoretical trends of the integrated development of culture and tourism. Have strong analytical, research and writing skills and English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.
(10) Under 35 years of age (i.e. born after July 1, 1988).
(XI) Those who meet any of the following conditions shall not be eligible to apply:
Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes, have been dismissed from public office, are undergoing disciplinary review, or are under investigation for suspected violations of law or crime, as well as other persons who are prohibited from applying to be staff members of public institutions according to the law.

5. Recruitment Process
1. Registration and Qualification Review
Registration period: From the date of announcement to August 9, 2024.
Registration method: Register by email. The email title must indicate your name, graduate school and major, and highest academic degree; registration form (scan the QR code at the end of the text to obtain), resume, front and back of ID card, household registration homepage, and Personal page, academic degree certificates, professional qualification certificates, etc. (scanned copies), research participation and research results obtained, etc. (scanned copies) are sent as attachments. Qualification review. Applicants will be reviewed for qualifications based on the job qualifications. Those who pass the qualification review will be notified by email or phone. In principle, the ratio of positions to positions to examinations should not be less than 5:1. If this ratio is not reached, the leadership team will collectively decide whether to organize the examination according to the actual number of people who have passed the qualification review.
(II) Examination. The examination focuses on the comprehensive quality, professional ability and development potential of the candidates. The examination is organized in accordance with the actual situation, and adopts a combination of written examination and interview. Both the written examination and the interview are based on a 100-point system.
The written test focuses on theoretical literacy, logical thinking ability, document writing ability, professional ability, etc. The time and location of the written test and the requirements will be notified separately, and the applicants who pass the qualification review will be notified by phone or email.
Those who score 60 points or above in the written test are eligible for interviews. The candidates will be ranked from high to low according to the written test scores, and the ratio of 5:1 to the number of positions to be recruited will be determined. If the actual number of people entering the interview does not meet the ratio, the interview will be conducted according to the actual number of people who pass the qualified score. The interview focuses on comprehensive quality, professional ability and job matching. The interview schedule and requirements will be notified separately, and the shortlisted candidates will be notified by phone or email.
The comprehensive score is calculated on a 100-point scale, with the written test score accounting for 40% and the interview score accounting for 60%. Applicants with a comprehensive score of 60 points or above are eligible to enter the physical examination and inspection phase. If all applicants fail to reach 60 points, the recruitment process for the position will be terminated.
(III) Inspection and physical examination. The candidates for inspection and physical examination will be ranked from high to low based on the comprehensive scores of the written test and interview, and the ratio of 1:1 to the number of recruits will be used to determine the candidates for inspection and physical examination, and the inspection and physical examination will be organized. The physical examination will be carried out in accordance with the standards for civil servants. The inspection work will adopt methods such as on-site visits, individual talks, review of personnel files (school records), inquiry of social credit records, and personal interviews to understand the political quality, moral character, ability quality, psychological quality, learning and work performance, compliance with laws and regulations, integrity and self-discipline of the candidates, whether there are any circumstances that should be avoided, physical and mental health conditions, and the degree of matching with the recruitment position.
If an applicant voluntarily gives up or fails the assessment or physical examination, we will decide whether to fill the vacancy or cancel the recruitment for the relevant position depending on the circumstances.
(IV) Public announcement and employment. Based on the comprehensive scores, physical examination and inspection results, the leadership team of the institute will collectively study and determine the candidates to be employed. The information of the candidates to be employed will be publicized on the public recruitment service platform of the central and state-owned institutions for 7 working days. After no objection is raised during the public announcement, the employment procedures will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
Our unit implements the probationary period system in accordance with regulations. Those who pass the probationary period will be formally employed; those who fail during or at the end of the probationary period will be dismissed.
VI. Related benefits

VII. Other matters
(I) This open recruitment will be strictly carried out in accordance with the relevant disciplinary requirements of the "Regulations on Avoidance of Personnel Management in Public Institutions".
