Dai Bin meets with Expedia Group delegation

On September 9, Dai Bin, President of the China Tourism Academy, met with Anurag Jain, Regional Director of India, Indonesia and Mainland China of Expedia Group, Zhou Xueshuang, Regional Director of Mainland China, and Ma Shukun, Senior Marketing Manager, in Beijing.

After listening to the relevant situation, Dai Bin put forward three suggestions on the cooperation between the Institute and Expedia Group: strengthen tourism theory, policy and academic research; focus on the inbound tourism market and strengthen data analysis; inject new impetus into the construction of a modern tourism system and provide safe and high-quality services for outbound tourists.

Jain said that Expedia Group is willing to strengthen pragmatic cooperation with the China Tourism Academy in relevant fields and jointly promote the high-quality development of China's and the global tourism industry.

Liu Xin from the International Exchange and Finance Department and Dr. Cui Xin from the Policy and Science Education Institute accompanied them to the meeting and exchange activities.
