The tourism vocational education research base of our college was unveiled

On May 8, the "China Tourism Research Institute Tourism Vocational Education Research Base" held an unveiling ceremony at Shandong Tourism Vocational College. Dean Dai Bin, member of the Party Leadership Group of Shandong Tourism Bureau, Director Zhang Mingchi of the Personnel Department, Professor Di Baorong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shandong Tourism Vocational College, and Professor Song Deli, Dean, and other leaders, teachers and students attended the unveiling ceremony.

On the same day, the "2011′ China Tourism Vocational Education Development Summit and 'Baichuan' Forum" was hosted by the China Tourism Academy, the Tourism Education Branch of the China Tourism Association, and the Tourism Management Professional Teaching Steering Committee of Higher Vocational Colleges of the Ministry of Education in Shandong Tourism Vocational College held. Dean Dai Bin delivered a keynote speech entitled "Career, Education and Personality Development". It focuses on the status and role, current situation and challenges of higher vocational education in the development of the tourism industry, as well as the hard core of reconstructing tourism education. He pointed out: Higher vocational education is the basic support and important driving force of my country's tourism industry. In the national strategy of industrial development and the overall pattern of higher education innovation, tourism colleges should use the concept of educators to strengthen professional ability training while , strive to cultivate students' sound personality and cultivate ideal and capable industrial reserve forces and social builders. Zhao Xiaoqing from the Administration Department of our institute also participated in the unveiling ceremony and forum activities.
