According to the work needs of our unit, we plan to publicly recruit one staff member. The relevant matters are announced as follows: 1. Company Introduction: China Tourism Research Institute (Data Center of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism) is a public institution directly under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. In January 2017, it was listed as a central level scientific research institution managed by the Ministry of Science and Technology, mainly responsible for tourism policy and theoretical research, research on the integration of culture and tourism development, and statistical and data analysis of culture and tourism. 2、 The recruitment scope of this recruitment is open to the public for staff positions in the civil service establishment. Returned overseas students must have obtained a diploma from a foreign university recognized by the Ministry of Education, and provide relevant certification materials that can identify their identity and experience as overseas students; Postdoctoral fellows who are still working at the station can apply for the position, but they should obtain the qualification to leave the station before the end of August 2022. 3、 Recruitment position and requirements: 1 administrative personnel position, main responsibilities: around the planning of public institutions, undertake daily administrative and personnel work, do a good job in document processing, theoretical learning and education, talent construction, expert talent exchange, doctoral service team, youth and group work, etc. The educational requirement for the position is the highest education obtained by the applicant, and the professional requirement for the position is the corresponding major of the highest education obtained by the applicant. The major refers to the "Catalogue of Disciplines for Degree Awarding and Talent Cultivation (2018 Edition)" issued by the Ministry of Education. Applicants whose academic disciplines are not included in the selected reference list but are similar to the required majors for the position may proactively contact our unit to confirm their eligibility for registration. 4、 Qualifications for Employment (1) Possessing the nationality of the People's Republic of China and complying with the Constitution and laws. (3) Having good character. (4) Passionate about culture and tourism. (5) The professional or skill requirements for the position, the physical conditions required to adapt to the job requirements, and other conditions required for the position. (6) Graduated from 02 Economics, 05 Literature, 07 Science, 08 Engineering, and 12 Management with a doctoral degree. (7) Having a permanent household registration in Beijing and a postdoctoral fellow who meets the corresponding household registration policies. (8) Strong abilities in management communication, organizational coordination, and problem-solving, capable of completing various tasks assigned to them. (9) Having a wide range of knowledge, mastering the theoretical dynamics of cultural undertakings, cultural industries, and tourism development. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills, as well as English reading, writing, listening, and speaking abilities. (10) Under the same conditions, personnel with experience in managing think tanks, scientific research, and teaching units are given priority. (11) Age below 40 years old (born after March 1, 1982). (12) Anyone who has been criminally punished for a crime, dismissed from public office, undergoing disciplinary review, or under investigation for suspected illegal activities, as well as other situations where there are legal provisions prohibiting them from applying as employees of public institutions, shall not be allowed to apply. (13) Applicants are not allowed to apply for positions that constitute a recusal relationship after being hired. 5、 Recruitment Process (1) Registration and Qualification Review Registration Time: From the date of announcement to March 30, 2022. Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. If it is found that a candidate does not meet the eligibility requirements at any stage of the recruitment process, our company will immediately cancel their application or employment qualifications. Only those who pass the qualification review can participate in the exam, and will be notified by phone. Applicants who have not passed the qualification review will not be notified separately. (2) Written test interview. The focus is on examining the comprehensive qualities, professional abilities, and development potential of the applicants. Based on the actual situation, the exam will be organized through a combination of written tests and interviews, both of which will be scored on a percentage scale. The written test content is a comprehensive quality test. The ratio of the number of candidates who have passed the qualification review to the number of recruits for the position must not be less than 5:1 before the exam can be held. If this ratio cannot be met, the decision will be made based on the actual number of candidates who have passed the qualification review for the position. The time, location, and requirements for the written test will be notified separately. Applicants who have passed the qualification review will be notified by phone or email, and those who have not entered the written test will not be notified separately. Those who score 60 or above in the written test are eligible for the interview. Candidates will be ranked from high to low based on their written test scores, and will be selected for the interview in a ratio of 5:1 to the number of job vacancies. If the actual number of people entering the interview does not reach the proportion, the interview will be conducted based on the actual number of people who pass the passing score line. The interview mainly tests the comprehensive quality and ability of the candidates. The interview schedule and requirements will be notified separately, and the shortlisted candidates will be notified by phone or email. Candidates who have not entered the interview stage will not be notified separately. The comprehensive score is based on a percentage system, calculated according to 30% of the written test score and 70% of the interview score. Individuals with a comprehensive score of 60 or above are eligible to enter the physical examination and assessment process. The recruitment process for the position will be terminated when all applicants have not reached 60 points. (3) Physical examination and examination. According to the order of comprehensive scores from high to low, determine the list of candidates for inspection and physical examination in a 1:1 ratio to the number of job vacancies. The medical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the medical examination standards for civil servants. Those who fail the examination or physical examination or voluntarily give up the application will have their employment qualifications cancelled, and a decision will be made on whether to replace them according to their comprehensive score ranking from high to low (those with a comprehensive score of 60 or above are eligible for replacement). I need to submit a written waiver statement for the intended employee who voluntarily gives up. (4) Publicity and employment. Based on comprehensive scores, physical examination and assessment results, research and determine the proposed employment candidates. The information of the intended employees will be publicized on the public recruitment service platform of central and state affiliated institutions, with a publicity period of 7 working days. After the public announcement shows no objections, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations. Our unit implements a probationary period system according to regulations. Those who pass the probationary period will be formally employed; If the employee fails to meet the requirements during or after the probation period, the employment relationship shall be terminated. 6、 After being hired, the proposed personnel will enjoy the salary and welfare benefits stipulated by the state. 7、 Other matters (1) This public recruitment strictly follows the relevant disciplinary requirements of the "Regulations on Personnel Management Avoidance in Public Institutions". (2) The various materials provided by applicants must be true, accurate, and effective.
