2022 China Tourism Science Annual Conference Call for Papers

Under the leadership of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and through the efforts of the tourism academic community, the China Tourism Science Annual Conference, founded in 2009, has become an authoritative platform for national tourism theory research, discipline construction, and achievement exchange. In order to implement the "14th Five Year Plan" for the development of the tourism industry, the China Tourism Research Institute will organize the 14th China Tourism Science Annual Conference in April 2022. The theme of the conference is "Tourism Talent Construction and Youth Talent Cultivation". Starting from today, we are soliciting submissions from experts and scholars in the tourism sector, relevant research institutions, professional associations, tourism schools, and tourism enterprises.

Implement the spirit of the Central Talent Work Conference and the Talent Work Conference of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and innovate the tourism talent training system; Achievements, experience summary, and strategic suggestions in the construction of tourism talents and the cultivation of young talents; The key tasks and guarantee measures for the work of different types of tourism talents in the current and future period; Tourism talent cultivation and innovation in tourism higher education and vocational education; Training and continuing education mechanism for tourism practitioners; The cultivation of leading talents in the tourism industry, urgently needed and scarce talents, and talents in new technologies and new formats.

2. Requirements for submission: speak with substance, reason, be close to practice, and have unique insights; No ideological, cultural security, and intellectual property issues; The word count generally does not exceed 10000 words; References, charts, data citations, and other content comply with academic norms and ethics.

3. Manuscript Usage: The organizer will organize academic committee members and experts to conduct anonymous evaluations of all submitted articles. The submissions that pass the initial review will be included in the "Proceedings of the 2022 China Tourism Science Annual Conference" and will be included in the "Full Text Database of Chinese Important Conference Papers" of China National Knowledge Infrastructure. Excellent achievements will be published in the public publication 'China Tourism Review'. The excellent papers selected by the organization will be published, promoted, and awarded certificates during the conference. If there are no special instructions when submitting, it is deemed to agree to be included in CNKI and submit to China Tourism Review at the same time.

4. Submission method: All paper submissions must be made via email, using "Annual Meeting Paper+Paper Title" as the email name.
