Announcement of Postdoctoral Recruitment for 2022 by China Tourism Research Institute (Data Center of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism)

The China Tourism Research Institute (Data Center of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism) is a research institution directly under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, established in 2008 with the approval of the Central Compilation and Translation Office. In 2015, with the approval of the Central Compilation and Translation Office, the "National Tourism Administration Data Center" was added. In 2018, according to the document of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism (Ban Ren Fa [2018] No. 80), it was renamed as the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Data Center. Approved by the Office of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, our institution began independently recruiting postdoctoral fellows in August 2014. Currently, there are 21 postdoctoral fellows who have left the station and 23 postdoctoral fellows who are currently in the station.

The announcement of recruitment matters for the year 2022 is as follows:

1、 Recruitment target

（1） Basic conditions

1. Obtained a doctoral degree both domestically and internationally, and not exceeding 3 years;

2. Possess a high level of foreign language proficiency, strong research and teamwork abilities, and be able to conscientiously complete postdoctoral research work;

3. Excellent academic performance, good physical health, and no negative records;

4. Age not exceeding 35 years old;

5. Possess 2 years of full-time working conditions at the station, with priority given to graduates with doctoral degrees.

（2） Professional requirements and number of recruits

2、 Registration requirements

The applicant must submit the following application materials:

1. Personal resume;

2. Scanned copies of doctoral graduation and degree certificates, or relevant proof of passing the doctoral thesis defense;

3. Electronic versions of doctoral dissertations and representative works;

4. Two recommendation letters from experts in this field (one of whom must be the applicant's doctoral supervisor);

5. Scanned copy of my ID card;

6. Postdoctoral Station Entry Application Form (Login to China Postdoctoral Network - Process Entry and Exit - Personal Registration - Generate after filling out the station entry application)

7. Postdoctoral Entry Approval Form (For current employees, the personnel management department of the unit needs to stamp it, and for fresh graduates, the student dispatch department or employment guidance center needs to stamp it)

Those who pass the preliminary selection will be notified for an interview, while those who do not pass the preliminary selection will not be notified separately.
